This Design-Build project involved the complete renovation and conversion of a 54,000 square-foot abandoned K-Mart building located in the heart of Mission, Texas. The transformation of this underutilized space into a cutting-edge facility was completed under stringent budget and time constraints, showcasing the collaborative strength of the developer, architect, and contractor teams. The space is designed to foster innovation and collaboration, featuring a business incubator with a variety of meeting spaces, open and private modular offices, and flexible interactive education centers.
