The 6,413 square-foot, single-story building expansion was developed to meet the growing demand for healthcare services that Nuestra Clínica Del Valle proudly provides across the Rio Grande Valley. TWG delivered a full scope of design services, including interior design, value engineering, construction administration, and post-construction support. A comprehensive code review was conducted, and all relevant project authorities were fully coordinated throughout the process. The project was completed on time and within budget.
