This new 85,500 square-foot, 4-story Medical Office Building is located at 1212 East Dove (Owassa & Jackson Road) in McAllen, Texas. Designed with modern facilities and flexibility, the building is intended to accommodate a range of medical and clinical research disciplines, offering an advanced environment for healthcare professionals and researchers. The design includes secure access areas for medical staff and researchers, separate from the public access areas, ensuring privacy and security for sensitive operations.

In addition to the building itself, our team also designed the 40-acre master plan for the development, which lays the groundwork for future partnership projects with the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) within the DHR McAllen Campus. This forward-thinking design ensures that the campus can evolve to meet the growing needs of the healthcare and research community, fostering collaboration and innovation in the region.
